1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "You") and 56gl ("Platform," "We," "Us," "Our"), governing your access to and use of the 56gl website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Service"). 3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

Account registration requires submission of accurate personal information including full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile telephone number. You authorize 56gl to verify this information through third-party databases, credit agencies, and government registries as necessary to comply with know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username and password. You must not share your login information with third parties or allow others to access your account. You agree to notify 56gl immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account or security breach. 56gl shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

3.3 Identity Verification

56gl reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and payment method verification (credit card images, e-wallet screenshots). Failure to provide requested documentation within fifteen (15) calendar days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods

56gl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) subject to availability. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section and may vary by payment method. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are borne by the player.

4.2 Payment Processing

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be restricted or delayed if: (a) account verification is incomplete or pending; (b) bonus wagering requirements remain unsatisfied; (c) suspected fraudulent activity or terms violations are under investigation; (d) payment method verification is required; or (e) dispute resolution is ongoing. 56gl reserves the right to reverse withdrawals and return funds to player accounts if payment processing fails or if fraud is subsequently detected.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

Bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits are subject to specific terms and conditions detailed in each promotion's description. Acceptance of any bonus constitutes agreement to its associated terms. 7.2 Bonus Abuse

8. Intellectual Property Rights

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 56gl Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 9. Prohibited Activities

• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Using the platform while located outside the Philippines
• Engaging in charge-backs or payment reversals without legitimate cause

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action. 56gl cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities investigating illegal activities on our platform.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension Grounds

56gl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent activity is detected; (c) identity verification requirements remain unsatisfied; (d) payment disputes are unresolved; (e) bonus abuse is identified; or (f) we are required to do so by regulatory authorities or legal process.

10.2 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you following verification procedures, minus any applicable fees or charges. 10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination, your right to access the 56gl Service immediately ceases. You may not register a new account without express written permission from 56gl. 11. Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from your use of 56gl shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account balance at the time the claim arose, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, whether contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

56gl provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Internal Resolution

12.3 Arbitration

For disputes exceeding PHP 50,000 that cannot be resolved through internal procedures, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. Arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila with one arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Amendments to Terms

56gl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the website unless otherwise specified. Material changes affecting your rights or obligations will be communicated via email to your registered address and prominently displayed on the platform. Your continued use of the Service following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
